1. How do you ship your products?

We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure fast and safe delivery of your orders. Our courier partners include:

2. How soon do you ship my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

3. Can you guarantee delivery time?

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier partner. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, most orders arrive within 3–7 working days.

4. What do you mean by “working day”?

A working day means Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for shipping or delivery.

5. Do you offer open box delivery?

Currently, we do not offer open box delivery. For safety and hygiene reasons, parcels can only be opened after payment (for COD) and after receiving the product from the courier.

6. Can I request next-day delivery?

Next-day delivery is not available at the moment. All deliveries follow standard courier timelines based on your location.

7. My parcel is delayed. What should I do?

Delays may occur due to weather issues, courier load, or operational problems. You can contact us with your order ID, and we will check the status with the courier partner.

8. Can I cancel my order if it’s delayed?

Cancellations due to delay may be possible only if the order has not yet reached your local delivery center. Once out for delivery, the order cannot be cancelled.
